Monthly Sweepstakes — Overview

The Monthly Sweepstakes is a recurring promotion. A drawing is held on the last day of every calendar month at 23:55 Central Time, OR earlier in the month if the sweepstakes prize pool reaches its $2,000 cap. It is free to enter and no purchase is ever required.

No Purchase Necessary (Follower Sweepstakes)

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Monthly Sweepstakes. Following TD Service LLC is free and always will be. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
• Employees of TD Service LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) residing in the same household are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local law.

Sweepstakes Period & Drawing Trigger

The Monthly Sweepstakes runs on a rolling basis with no fixed end date. A drawing is held on the last day of every calendar month at 23:55 Central Time, OR earlier in any month in which the sweepstakes prize pool reaches its $2,000 cap. After a drawing concludes, the prize pool resets to $0 and accumulates again for the next month.

TD Service LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time with 7 days' notice posted at tdservicellc.com/sweepstakes-rules.html.

How to Enter

Follow TD Service LLC for free to receive one (1) free entry per pool, per month. Followers who also make a qualifying purchase that month receive one (1) additional entry per pool. Maximum entries per follower per pool per month: 2. Following is permanent — you stay on the follower list until you ask to be removed — and you keep your "follower since" date for loyalty tracking. Entries reset to zero at the start of every month.

Hard cap of 2 entries per pool per follower per month. Each unique email address counts as one follower. Entries reset to zero at the start of every month — re-entry happens automatically by maintaining active follower status. Following is free and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Drawing & Winners

• A drawing is held the last day of every calendar month at 23:55 Central Time, or earlier if the prize pool reaches the $2,000 cap.
• 10 winners are selected per drawing by random selection from all eligible entries that month.
• Each winner receives an equal share of the prize pool (pool ÷ 10). Example: $2,000 pool = $200 per winner. $500 pool = $50 per winner.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in that month. With 100 entries, base odds are 1-in-10. Actual odds vary based on total entries received.
• Winners are selected randomly using a computerized random selection process.
• Drawings are conducted by the Sponsor and results recorded in the sweepstakes database.

Prize & Payment

• Prize: pool ÷ 10 to each of 10 winners · maximum pool $2,000 (= $200 per winner max).
• Prizes are funded by TD Service LLC from business revenue. No prize is contingent on the number of entries received.
• Payment methods: Cash in person or PayPal (contact@tdservicellc.com).
• Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing using the contact information provided at entry.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is available (except as noted above).
• All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes valued under $600 are not subject to federal tax withholding; winners are responsible for reporting any taxable winnings.

Ticket Numbers & Records

Each entry is assigned a unique TDS-XXXXXX ticket number. Entrants may look up their ticket numbers at any time by visiting tdservicellc.com/sweepstakes.html → Look Up My Tickets, or by contacting TD Service LLC directly at (331) 901-0017. Records of all entries and drawings are maintained by the Sponsor.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• TD Service LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these rules.
• TD Service LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
• This is NOT a lottery. No purchase is required to enter. This sweepstakes is operated under the commercial sweepstakes model, which is legal under Illinois law when a free alternate method of entry is provided.
• Winner names and ticket numbers may be posted publicly. By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name and ticket number for promotional purposes.
• Void where prohibited by law.

Growing Prize Structure

TD Service LLC intends to increase prize amounts, add additional winners per drawing, and introduce special drawings as the business grows. Any such changes will be posted to this rules page at least 7 days before taking effect and will not apply retroactively to entries already in the current round.

Regular Entry Sweepstakes — Overview

Promotion B has been merged into Promotion A · Monthly Sweepstakes as of 2026-05. Followers automatically get 1 free entry per month plus 1 additional entry when they make any qualifying purchase. See Promotion A above for the full rules.

No Purchase Necessary (Regular Entry Sweepstakes)

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Regular Entry Sweepstakes. Purchases earn additional entries but are never required to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor, Eligibility & Governing Law

Same Sponsor (TD Service LLC, Peoria, IL), same eligibility requirements (US residents 18+), and same governing law (Illinois) as Promotion A (Rules 2–3, 9). This is NOT a lottery. Void where prohibited.

Drawing Period & Trigger (As Operated Today)

Effective 2026-05, all entry methods route through the unified Monthly Sweepstakes (Promotion A). Drawings are held the last day of every calendar month at 23:55 Central Time, OR earlier in the month if the prize pool reaches its $2,000 cap. There is no entry-count threshold — drawings are time-based and cap-based, not count-based.

How to Enter — Current Mechanics

Each follower receives 1 free entry per calendar month automatically. Followers who make any qualifying purchase (merch / service / register / scrap / resale) within that month earn +1 additional entry. Maximum 2 entries per follower per month per pool.

Maximum of 2 entries per follower per pool per month (1 free + 1 with purchase). Entries reset on the 1st of each calendar month after that month's drawing fires. Permanent follower status — once you sign up, you stay entered every month automatically.

Drawing, Winners, Prize & General Conditions

• Drawing: See Promotion A above — 10 winners per month split the pool (pool ÷ 10).
• Prize: Pool ÷ 10 to each of 10 winners (max $200 per winner at $2,000 cap). Funded by $0.75 from each completed TD Service LLC sale.
• Payment: Cash in person or PayPal (contact@tdservicellc.com). No Venmo.
• Odds: Depend on total entries that month. With 100 entries, base odds are 1-in-10. Actual odds vary based on total entries received.
• Notification: Winners contacted by email/phone within 48 hours. Must respond within 7 days or prize is forfeited.
• Taxes: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes under $600 are not subject to federal tax withholding.
• All General Conditions from Rule 9 apply to Promotion B.

Milestone Follower Drawing (Active)

Each time the active TD Service LLC milestone-follower count crosses a multiple of 500 (500, 1,000, 1,500, …), one randomly selected active follower wins $100. Funded by Sponsor; no purchase necessary. Following TD Service LLC for free is the only entry method.

• How to enter: Sign up free as a follower at tdservicellc.com/sweepstakes.html. One signup = entered every milestone drawing while you remain active.
• Drawing: Fires automatically when the active follower count crosses the next 500 multiple. Winner is selected at random from all active followers.
• Prize: $100 cash · Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $100 USD. Paid via Cash or PayPal within 48 hours of winner confirmation.
• Sponsor & Eligibility: Same Sponsor, same eligibility (US residents 18+), and same governing law (Illinois) as Promotion A — see Rules 2, 3, 9.
• Notification & Forfeiture: Winner contacted by email/phone within 48 hours; must respond within 7 days or prize is forfeited and a replacement winner drawn.
• Taxes: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Aggregate prizes $600+ in a calendar year may be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC.
• Removal: TD Service LLC reserves the right to remove followers found to have entered fraudulently, are ineligible, or have requested removal. Removed followers are excluded from all drawings.
• All General Conditions from Rule 9 apply. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor & Promotion

The TD Service LLC Monthly Customer Cash Drawing ("Promotion D") is sponsored by TD Service LLC, an Illinois limited liability company headquartered in Peoria, Illinois ("Sponsor"). When you follow TD Service LLC via the public sign-up form, your single registration enters you into BOTH Promotion A (Monthly Sweepstakes) AND Promotion D (Monthly Cash Drawing) — these two pools run in parallel and are funded separately. The Milestone Follower Drawing (Promotion C) is a separate sponsor-funded reward and follows the same active-follower roster.

How to Enter — Free, No Purchase Necessary

Entry is free and does not require a purchase. The sole entry method is signing up as a Cash Drawing follower with a valid name and email address. Each unique email address may sign up once and remains entered indefinitely (or until removal is requested).

• Cost to enter: $0.00 — no purchase required to enter or to win.
• Frequency: One signup enters you in every monthly drawing going forward.
• Removal: Email contact@tdservicellc.com to be removed at any time.

Prize Pool & Funding

• The monthly prize pool is funded by Sponsor, sourced from a $0.50 contribution per completed TD Service LLC sale (merchandise orders, service bookings, register transactions, and customer terminal payments).
• The pool is capped at $1,000.00 per month. Once the pool reaches $1,000.00, no further contributions are added that month.
• If a calendar month accumulates less than $1,000.00 by the drawing date, the entire collected amount becomes the prize pool for that month.
• Pool resets to $0.00 at the start of each new calendar month.
• Pool funding is the obligation of the Sponsor regardless of sales volume in any given month — Sponsor will fund any monthly drawing with at least the contributed amount.

Drawing & Winners

• Drawing date: The last day of every calendar month at approximately 11:55 PM Central Time, automatically.
• Winner selection: 10 random eligible Cash Drawing followers selected by an automated random function from the active follower list at time of drawing.
• Prize per winner: Total monthly pool ÷ 10. Example: $1,000 pool = $100 per winner. $500 pool = $50 per winner.
• If fewer than 10 followers exist: All eligible followers win and split the pool equally.
• Notification: Winners notified by email within 48 hours of drawing.
• Claim period: Winners must reply within 14 days to confirm Cash or PayPal payout method. Unclaimed prizes after 14 days are forfeited and may be re-distributed in the next month's drawing.

General Conditions

• Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on their prize. Prize values $600 or more in a calendar year may be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have entered fraudulently or with multiple email addresses tied to the same person.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion with 7 days' advance notice posted on this page.
• This is a commercial sweepstakes, not a lottery. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes resolved exclusively in Peoria County, Illinois.
