Who We Are

TD Service LLC is a locally owned and operated company based in Peoria, Illinois, led by owner Trent Deppermann. We offer hauling, lawn care, home services, scrap metal pickup, and custom merchandise. When you fill out a form on this site, your information goes directly to our team — nobody else.

What Information I Collect

When you submit a form on this website — quote requests, merchandise orders, booking requests, or the scrap metal referral form — I collect:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Job details or order description you provide
• Any photos or files you choose to attach
• IP address — collected automatically on form submissions and sweepstakes/follower sign-ups for rate limiting and fraud prevention. IP addresses are not sold or shared.

We do not collect payment card information directly through this website. Payments are processed in person (cash) or through PayPal. When you pay via PayPal, your payment information is handled solely by PayPal, Inc. — TD Service LLC never sees or stores your card details.

Follower subscriptions are active for 30 days from sign-up. After 30 days, your subscription entry expires automatically; you may re-subscribe at any time at no cost. Your contact information is retained for sweepstakes record-keeping.

How I Use Your Information

Your information is used only to respond to your request — to quote a job, fulfill a merchandise order, confirm a booking, or follow up on a scrap metal lead. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing and we never share it with anyone.

Who Sees Your Information

Form submissions are stored in a database on this server for order tracking and fulfillment. Your information is not sold or rented. It is shared only with the third-party services listed below, and only to the extent required to process your order or payment.

Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — This website loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP address as part of that request.
• PayPal, Inc. — If you pay via PayPal, your payment is processed by PayPal. TD Service LLC receives confirmation of payment but never handles your card or bank details. PayPal's privacy policy applies: paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.
• Printful, Inc. — For merchandise orders, your name and shipping address are transmitted to Printful to fulfill and ship your order. Printful's privacy policy applies: printful.com/policies/privacy. This applies only when you place a merchandise order.
• Hostinger — This website is hosted on Hostinger servers. Email is delivered via Hostinger SMTP. Hostinger processes server traffic data per their privacy policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or behavioral tracking service.

Data Retention

We keep your submission information for as long as it's needed to fulfill your request and for normal business record-keeping. If you want your information removed, just ask and we'll take care of it right away.

State Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA / VCDPA / CPA / and similar laws)

If you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), or another state with a comprehensive consumer-privacy law, you have the rights described below. We honor these rights for ALL US customers regardless of state, because it's the right thing to do.

• Right to know — what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes for collecting, and any third parties we share with.
• Right to access — receive a copy of the personal information we have about you, in a portable format.
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements such as tax/accounting records, sweepstakes entry logs for the current monthly cycle, and disputed transactions).
• Right to correct — fix inaccurate or out-of-date personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — TD Service LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it with third-party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising. This right is informational only.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — applicable to SSN-last-4 or government-ID information collected only for employees/contractors per IRS requirements.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lesser quality service for exercising these rights.
• Right to authorize an agent — you may designate someone (with proof of authorization) to act on your behalf.

How to exercise your rights: Email contact@tdservicellc.com with subject "Privacy Rights Request" describing what you're requesting. We will respond within 45 days as required by law (with one 45-day extension available for complex requests). To protect your data we may need to verify your identity (typically by replying from the email on file or providing recent transaction details).

What we collect: name, email, phone, mailing/service address, IP address, browser type, payment-method last-4 + provider, sweepstakes entries, customer-service interactions, photos voluntarily submitted (custom merch designs, sweepstakes-winner photos with consent), employee/contractor onboarding documents (SSN-last-4, W-9, I-9, banking info — encrypted at rest).

How we use it: deliver services, process payments, fulfill orders, run sweepstakes drawings, comply with tax/accounting laws, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and (for opt-in followers) send service-related communications.

Who we share with: payment processors (PayPal, Clover) for transactions, Printful for merch fulfillment, IRS / IL Department of Revenue for tax compliance, law enforcement when legally required. We do NOT share with marketers, data brokers, or social-media advertisers.

How long we keep it: active customer records for the life of the relationship; tax/accounting records for 7 years (IRS minimum); sweepstakes-entry records for 1 year past drawing date (Illinois requirement); deleted records purged within 30 days of request unless retention is legally required.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Sweepstakes participation requires age 18+. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

International Visitors

TD Service LLC operates from the United States and does not market services to residents outside the US. Personal information you submit is stored on US-based servers under US law. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another non-US jurisdiction, do not submit personal information through this Site unless you accept that it will be processed under US law.

Cookies & Site Analytics

We use only strictly necessary first-party cookies required for the Site to function (login session, shopping cart, CSRF token). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, social-media pixels, or analytics that follow you across other websites. Server logs (IP, browser, page accessed, timestamp) are kept for 30 days for security and debugging.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, TD Service LLC will notify affected customers without unreasonable delay and within any time limit required by applicable state law (e.g., Illinois PIPA, California CCPA — typically within 72 hours of discovery for sensitive data). Notice will include the nature of the breach, what information was affected, what we are doing in response, and what you can do to protect yourself.

Phone & SMS (TCPA Disclosure)

By providing your phone number on any TD Service LLC form, you consent to receive service-related communications from us — booking confirmations, scheduling updates, on-the-way notifications, payment receipts, and customer-service replies. These transactional messages are not "marketing" under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227).

We do not currently send promotional or marketing text messages. If we ever start, we will collect separate express written consent at that time. You may opt out of any text we send by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers.

Security

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. I take reasonable care to protect what's stored, though no system is completely immune to risk. We take data privacy seriously and handle all customer information with care.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this policy, the effective date at the top will change. Continued use of this website after any changes means you're OK with the updated policy.
