📋 Before You Confirm — Please Read

Cancellation: Free if cancelled at least 24 hours before. Same-day cancellations are charged 35% of the booking total. Reschedule any time at no fee instead.
Refunds: Service payments are final once work begins. Pre-work refunds are issued in full. We do NOT refund partially-completed jobs — we make it right by re-doing the work or by mutual agreement.
Estimates vs. final price: Online prices are estimates based on typical scope. If the actual job is significantly larger (extra haul, hidden growth, more debris, etc.) we'll quote the new total before doing the extra work — no surprise charges.
Damage / loss: We carry general liability insurance. Pre-existing property damage is documented before work. We are NOT responsible for items not disclosed before pickup (loose change, jewelry, paperwork in piles being hauled).
Right to refuse: We reserve the right to decline jobs that are unsafe (hazardous waste without permits, structurally unsound trees, weapons, hostile pets, etc.). You'll receive a full refund if we decline after booking.
Two-strike policy: Two same-day cancellations within 90 days result in a "Do Not Serve" flag — you'll need to call to be re-listed.
