How fast can you turn around a bulk order?
Most orders ship from our Printful partner facilities in 3-5 business days, with delivery in 5-10 business days total. For rush orders (under 7 days), let us know in the notes — we can usually accommodate for an additional fee.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No — you'll get a quote, review it, and only pay if you accept. Once paid, the order goes into production immediately. We accept credit cards, ACH transfer, or PO from established accounts.
Can I see a mockup before paying?
Yes — we include a digital mockup with every quote so you can see exactly how your design will look. No surprises.
Are discount tiers based on total quantity or per-product?
Total quantity across all products on the order. So 30 t-shirts + 25 hoodies = 55 items, which hits the 20% tier.
What if I don't have a finalized design yet?
No problem — just describe what you have in mind. Our design team can help refine or build it from scratch ($25-100 design fee depending on complexity).
