What does it cost?

Flat-rate quotes after a walkthrough — typically $400 for a small apartment to $3,500+ for a packed multi-bedroom home. No surprise charges; the quoted price is what you pay.

Do you sell items and split with the family?

By default, no — we route donations to charity, scrap to recyclers, sell-able items at flat rate. But on request, we can run an estate sale or consignment arrangement and split proceeds. Ask if you want this.

What about hoarding situations?

We've handled them. No judgement, ever. Hoarding cleanouts take longer and cost more (more dumpster trips, sometimes specialty equipment) but we're set up for it. Just be honest about the scope when you call.

Insured?

Yes — general liability insurance covers any damage during cleanout. Certificate available on request for the estate attorney.
