Common questions

Can you also do light cleaning afterward?
We don't do deep cleaning (that's a different service) but we'll sweep up, take the obvious trash, and leave the unit ready for whoever does deep clean next. Some landlords use us for the haul + a separate cleaning crew.
What about the tenant's stuff legally — can you just throw it away?
Illinois law has specific rules about abandoned tenant property (notice periods, storage requirements). YOU as the landlord are responsible for following those — we can only haul what you've already legally cleared to dispose. Talk to your attorney first if you're unsure.
Net-30 invoicing — what do I need to qualify?
2-3 completed jobs paid on time, then we'll move you to net-30. Just ask after your first job.
Insurance?
Yes — general liability. COI on request before any work. Cover your property + any pre-existing damage documentation.
