Roles we'll be hiring
All positions are 1099 independent contractor for now (W-2 hires later as we grow). You set your own schedule, bring your own basic tools, and we route paying jobs your way through our app.
What we look for
- Reliable — show up when you say you will.
- Insured — your own general liability + auto insurance for commercial use (we'll help you set up if you don't have it).
- Honest — accurate scope quoting, no inflated prices, treat customers right.
- Local to Peoria, IL or willing to travel within 30 miles.
- Self-motivated — claim jobs you want, decline jobs you can't, no boss watching the clock.
How pay works (when we open)
You earn 72% of every job you complete. TD takes 28% which covers customer acquisition, the booking system, payment processing, sales tax remittance, and platform costs. Pay lands in your wallet at end of day; you withdraw to PayPal whenever you want. You handle your own 1099 self-employment taxes (we issue 1099-NEC by Jan 31 if you earn $600+ in a year).
