Card Data
We don't store your full card number — only the last 4 digits for the receipt. All card processing is handled by PCI-DSS providers (PayPal, Clover).

Disputes
Most disputes are handled by direct conversation. If not, arbitration (Peoria County, IL) or small-claims court for amounts under $5,000. You have a 30-day opt-out window for arbitration.

If We Damage Property
Tell us within 7 days, send a photo. We repair, replace, or reimburse up to the lesser of actual cost, $2,500, or 3× the job price. We coordinate with your insurer if it's more.

Right to Refuse / Be Refused
We may refuse a job only for neutral reasons (safety, capacity, licensing, conduct, payment). Never for who you are. Same applies to our contractors.
